Geslaagd/ Graduation

Ja, de kinderen zijn met hun eindexamen bezig,dus heb

ik straks zeker wat kaarten voor  geslaagden nodig.

Yes,the kids are doing their final exams,so Iam sure I need some

graduation cards soon.

Ik ontdekte deze leuke kaarten met de nummers op pinterest

en heb er zo mijn eigen variatie opgemaakt.

I discovered this fun card with the numberson pinterest and

made my own variation.

Mijn eerste kaart is gemaakt voor de kleuren uitdaging op het 

Create with Connie and Mary Blog.

My first card is made for the color challenge on the 

Create with Connie and Mary Blog.

Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de Number of years thinlits

en de stempelset CelebrateToday en ook een van de dies.

I used the dies from the Number of Years set and the stamps 

of Celebrate Today and also one little die.

Aangezien ik meerdere kaarten nodig heb (denk ik zo)

ben ik nog even verder gegaan met een paar andere kaarten.

Because I think I will need some more, I kept playing on.

Bij deze kaart hebik de cijfers uit de kaart gestanst

en er een papiertje achter geplakt.

For this card I cut the numbers into the card and

glued a paper from the back.

En deze kaart is met wat vrolijke papiertjes gemaakt.

In het cijfer 1 zie je een tekst die komt uit een Sele_A-Bration

set van vorig jaar Simply Wonderful.

And this card is made with some scrap paper from a block.

In the number one you see a text from last years 

Sale-A-Brations set Simply Wonderful.

Kaart schets/ Card sketch

Heb weer een kaart schets gevonden om te maken.

Ik vind het altijd heel inspirerend om een uitdaging

voor een kaart te doen. Dan maak je eens iets heel anders.

I found another card sketch to do. I find it inspiring to do

these challenges, for it forces you to do something you o

otherwise would not do.

Ik heb deze schgets gevonden op het

Voor mijn kaart heb ik de stempelset Guy Greetings gebruikt.

De hoedjes is een stempel met 6 hoedjes en die heb ik tot

deze schuine lijnen gemaakt. De kleuren chocolate

chip en baked brown suger inkt heb ik gebruikt.

Ook nog een keer de hoedjes in donkere kleur gestempeld 

en clear embossing poeder ero gebruikt en ze hier en daar

met een stukje foam tape geplaatst.

For this card I used the stamp set Guy Greetings.

The hats come in a set of 6 on one stamp and  lined them

all up for the challenge image. I used inkpads in the

colors Chocolate Chip and Baked Brown Sugar.

I also stamped an extra set and embossed those with 

clear embossing powder. Cut them out and added them 

here and there with a piece of foam tape.

Masking technik/ Masking technique

Dit is een kinder verjaardagskaart gemaakt met de set

Boys Will be Boys,die op de lijst van retired sets staat.

Ik heb deze kaart voor de uitdaging op het

 Just Add Ink Blog gemaakt.

Het thema is: masking.

This card is a boy's birthday card made with the set

Boys wil be Boys,tht is on the current  retired list.

I made this card for the challenge on the

 Just Add Ink Blog.

The theme is: masking.

Misschien heb je je altijd afgevraagd,hoe gaat dat nu 

met masking. Ik laat het je hier zien. 

Begin met het stempelen van een robot.

Maybe you have always wondered how this masking

works. Well, I will show you. Start with stamping

one robot images.

Vervolgens stempel je ook een robot op een stukje post-it

papier en knip hier de robot uit. Deze leg je dan over je

eerder gestempelde robot.

Next you also stamp the robot on a piece of post-it note

paper, then cut out the image and lay it on top of the first 

stamped robot image.

Stempel de tweede robot met het "masker"op de eerste

en wanneer je het papiertje weghaalt,ziet het er zo

uit. Ze staan echt naast elkaar. leg dan het "masker"

over de tweede robot ens stempel nummer drie er bij enz.

Stamp de second robot with the "mask"on the first image 

and when you take the mask of this is what it looks like.

They really stand together. Now add the mask to the second robot

and stamp the 3rd robot etc.

Toen alle robots op ee rij stonden, heb ik ze  gekleurd

met Tip Top Taupe inkt en een kwastje.

When all the robots are in the row, I colored them

 with a brush and tip top taupe ink.

Om de kaart af te maken heb ik de pons en de 

stempelset Balloon Celebration erbij gebruikt.

De tekst is wel van Boys will be Boys.

To finish the card I also used the ballons and punch

from the Balloon Celebration stamp set.

The sentiment is from Boys will be Boys.

Het getal 4 is uitgestanst met een thinlit van de

set Number of Years.

The number four is cut with a thinlit from the set

that goes with the Number of Years stamps.

Stampin' Royalty #329

Ik was gisteren zo lekker aan het stempelen met de set 

A Nice Cuppa, dat ik er nog maar een kaartje mee heb gemaakt.

Yesterday I had so much fun playing with the set

A Nice Cuppa, that I made an other card with it.

Voor mijn kaart heb ik de kleuren van de uitdaging op het

Stampin'Royalty Blog.

For my card I used the colors on the 

Stampin' Royalty Blog.

Eeen close-up van de kleine theezakjes, die ik aan

het koord gehangen heb.

Here a close-up of the cute little tea bags, that

I hang from the blue cord.

En hier een kijkje binnen in de kaart. Reste van het

achtergrond papier en nog een theepotje erbij,

dat ik ook nog even geembossed heb.

And here the inside of the card with a piece of left over

scrap paper from the front and this sweet teapot that I embossed.

Happy Leap Day!

Only once in 4 years we have this

extra day in Febuary. I had some fun projects last time and

you might want to take a look HERE,

but of course I had to make something for

today too.I used the sketch from the

Fresly Made Sketches Blog

It is a fun and easy sketch and today

is the last day I can enter.

 For this card I used Stampin'Up!'s Playful Pals.

A fun stampset for making animals.

The sentiment is from another SU! set called  Hello

(one of the SAB sets of this year you get free

if you spend a certain amount on stamps until March 15).

The design paper is also SU! but not a current

paper blockand the flower is from my stash.

The sentiment is embossed in black,so it pops up more.

The lily leave I cut by hand after drawing it first with pencil.
