Dag 2 kerst inspiratie/ Day: 2 Christmas inspiration

Voor de kaart van vandaag heb je een grote

achtergrond stempel nodig. Ik gebruik hier de 

Dictionary stempel met backed brown suga inkt.

Neem gewoon weer een witte dubbelgvouwen kaart.

For today's card you need a big background stamp.

I used the Dictionary stamp with backed brown sugar inkpad

on a white piece of double folded card.

Op deze achtergrond heb ik de boompjes van de

Festivalof Trees set gestempeld evenals de

tekst die van de set Sassy Salutations.Voor 

wat extra bling nog wat strasteentjes geplakt.

On this background I stamped the trees from the

Festival of Trees set and the sentiment from 

Sassy Salutations. For some extra bling I added

a few gemstones.

Hier zie je de volledige kaart.

Als je hem vouwt past hij gewoon in een envelop.

Here you see the finished card. When folded

it fits in a regular envelop.

Voor de basis van de kaart heb je een strook nodig

van 30 x 15 xm. Je moet hem danop devolgende plekken

rillen: 3,5 - 7 - 12 - 17 en 23,5 cm. Nu kan je de kaart

als een harmonica vouwen. Op de foto zie je hoe het

er dan uit ziet.

The base of thecard is a strip of paper 12 x 6 inch

and you have to fold it on: 1,5"- 3"- 5"- 7"- 9,5". 

Fold it harmonica wize as seen on the picture.

Voor decoratie heb ik het Nordic Noel papier gebruik.

De reepjes zijn net iets kleiner dan de kaart,zodat je nog

 iets van het groen er achter ziet.

The card is decorated with Nordic Noel papers.

The strips are a little smaller than the strips on

the card,so you see a little of the green card.

Daarna de boompjes op wasibi groen papier  met 

chocolate chip gestempeld en met de tree punch uitgeponst.

Met kleine plak pareltjes de boopjes versierd alsof er

lichtjes in hangen.

Then the trees are stamped with chocolate chip ink on

wasibi paper and punched out with the tree punch.

With little sticky pearls the trees are decorated like 

there are little lights hanging in the trees.

Aan de voorkant vindt je de wens die van de set

Sassy Salutations komt. Deze eerst op

whisper white papier met real red inkt

gestempeld en uitgesneden en langs de randen gesponst.

De sterretjes zijn van de Festival of Trees set en ook gestempeld

in real reden met een kleine circelpons uitgeponst

en naast de tekst geplakt. In het midden zie je

nog een rhinestone, die ik met een donkergroene

blendability gekleurd heb.

The front of the card is stamped with the wish from

the set Sassy Salutations. I stampedit in real red on 

whisper white paper,cut it to the right size and sponged

around it with red. Also I stamped the little star (from the 

Festivalof Trees set) in red,punched it out with a little

circle punch and read ink around it. In the middle of the star

there is a sticky rhinestone jewel that I colored green with one

of the blendabilities.

En dan heb je nog wat restjes,

wat doe je daar dan mee? Je maakt er tags van!

And what to do with the pieces you

have left over? Well you make tags!

Ik had nog een stukje Mossy Meadow liggen en heb

daar deze tags van gesneden. Met het star mask heb ik

links met whisper white een achtergrond gemaakt en rechts heb ik

versamark en iridescent ice embossing poeder.

I had a piece of Mossy Meadow left an made it into two tags.

With the star mask I decorated de background. The left one is sponged

with whisper white ink and te other one is done with versamark

and iridescent ice embossing powder.

Daarna restjes Nordic Noel papier op maat gesneden,

boompjes gestempels en uitgepost. Tekst erbij en klaar

om aan een pakje te hangen met het two-tone  trim.

Then I cut the leftover pieces of the Nordic Noel paper,

stamped and punched the trees, added a text and 

with the two tone-trim the tag is ready to hang on 

one of your presents.

Strik / Bow & envelop punch board

Nog een toepassing met de envelop punch board:

het maken van een prachtige strik!

Ik heb het niet zelf bedacht, maar vond hiervan een

beschrijving online. Klik HIER.

Je hebt hiervoor drie strips nodig effen of design papie:

1x 6 bij 1 inch

1x 4 bij 1 inch

en 1x 1/2 bij 1 inch

You need three strips of paper,plain or design:

1x 6"x 1"

      1x 4"x 1" and

   1x 1/2 "x 1"

Je kan de strik op een kaart gebruiken.

You can use the bow on a card.

Maar je kan hem ook gebruiken op

de bovenkant van een doosje.

You can also use the bow on top

of a box for decoration.

CCMC318 Kleuren Uitdaging/ Color Challenge

Hier ben ik weer met een kaartje voor de kleuren uitdaging op het blog

Create with Connie and Mary.

Here I am with anothe card for de color challenge over at the

Create with Connie and Mary Blog.

Ik heb de stempelset Something for Baby p. 74 gebruikt met

de bijpassende framelits en

de tekst is van de set Celebrate Baby p. 74.

I used the stamp set Something for Bapy p. 74 

with the mathing framelits and

for the sentiment I used Celebrate Baby p.74.

Voor de achtergrond heb ik ook designer

papier gebruikt uit de set All Abloom.

For the background I also used some designer

paper from the set All Abloom.

De glitersteentjes zijn gekleurd met

een blauwe blendability stift.

The rhinestone jewels are colored with a

blendability marker.

Petit Petals & Dots

Hier is nog een kaartje met de masker techniek.

Vandaag wat meer foto's gemaakt.

Here another card with the mask technique.

Today I made some more pictures of the technique.

Vandaag heb ik het dots masker gebruikt

voor de achtergrond technique.

Today I used the dots mask for the background

technique.

Nog even een herhaling van de techniek.

Je legt dus wit papier onder je masker en kleurt met 2 of 

3 verschillende kleuren inkt.

So this is what you do: 

white paper behind the mask and take 2 or

3 colors to sponge to your paper.

Dan neem je de bloemen van de Petite Petals set

en stampel daarme boven op het masker.Ik heb dezelfde kleuren

gebruikt als waar ik de achtergrond me heb gekleurd.

Next you take the Petite Petals flower

and stamp on top od the mask.

I used the same colors as the background.

Zoi ziet het er uit als je het masker weg haalt.

This is how it looks when you take of the mask.

Nu heb ik nog een bloemgenomen en hiermee in 

alle drie de kleuren gestempeld.

Now I stamped on it again with one

of the flowers in all three colors.

Op een apart papiertje nog bloemen gestempels en 

gekleurd met inkt van het stempelkussen.

Daarna de bloemen uitgeponstmet de bijpassende pons.

On a seperate piece of paper I stamped some

more flowers and colored them with inkt from

the inkpad. When finished I punched them out

with the coordinating punch.

De bloemen op een stukje lost lagoon blauw papier

gelegd en een sentiment van de set Sassy Salutations

gestempeld. De rand nog even met mossy meadow gesponst.

Op elke blauwe bloem een strass steentje geplakt.

On a strip of lost lagoon blue paper I arranged the flowers

and stamped a sentiment from Sassy Salutations.

Around the paper I sponged some mossy meadow.

On each blue flower there is a rhinestone jewel glued.
