Dag 6 Kerst inspiratie/ Day 6 Christmas inspiration

Ik heb en bijzonder druk weekend achter de rug

en dus een paar super gemakkelijke kaarten.

Design papier en een pons doet wonderen.

Sorry dat deze punch niet uit de recente 

catalogus is. Je kan ook een ronde punch nemen

of een andere die jij wel hebt.

I had a very busy weekend,

so today i need some super easy cards.

Design paper and a punch makes life so easy.

Sorry about the punch not being from this cataloge,

but you can also use a circle punch or one that

you have yourselve.

Je kan een effe achtergrond nemen en dan

de ballen uit design papier of

je neemt het design papier als achtergrond

en effen kerstbal. Een lintje of washi tape

om de bal aan te hangen, een strikje om de

bal en eventueel wat glimmende steentjes.

De tekst is van de stempel set Sassy Salutations.

You can use a plain background and punch the baubles

out of the design paper or you take the

design paper as the background and make plain baubles.

A ribbon or some washitape to hang the baubles from.

A ribbon around the baubles and some rhinestones.

Dag 2 kerst inspiratie/ Day: 2 Christmas inspiration

Voor de kaart van vandaag heb je een grote

achtergrond stempel nodig. Ik gebruik hier de 

Dictionary stempel met backed brown suga inkt.

Neem gewoon weer een witte dubbelgvouwen kaart.

For today's card you need a big background stamp.

I used the Dictionary stamp with backed brown sugar inkpad

on a white piece of double folded card.

Op deze achtergrond heb ik de boompjes van de

Festivalof Trees set gestempeld evenals de

tekst die van de set Sassy Salutations.Voor 

wat extra bling nog wat strasteentjes geplakt.

On this background I stamped the trees from the

Festival of Trees set and the sentiment from 

Sassy Salutations. For some extra bling I added

a few gemstones.

Washi tape kaart/ Washi tape card

Wat is washi tape toch een leuk spul!

Vandaag heb ik er een achtergrondje mee gemaakt.

Gewoon de tape over de hele breedte plakken.

Je vindt de washi tape Watercolor Wonder op p. 190

I love my washi tape and today I used it for my card.

Just tape it down all the width of your card.

The washi tape is called Watercolor Wonder 

and you find it on p. 190.

Natuurlijk netjes de restjes naar de achterkant geplakt,

dat ziet er mooier uit dan te knippen. Daarna op een vel

whisper white geplakt, dat net ietsje groter is. Vervolgens

mijn kerstboom punch gebruikt om een boom uit te ponsen.

Of course I folded the left over bits towards the back. I like this

better then to cut the tape of. Then I took a piece of whisper

White, that was just a little larger and glued them togeter. 

With the tree punch, I punched out a tree.

Op een apart stukje old olive papier (dit is zo lekker om restjes

 te kunnen gebruiken!) heb ik met chocolate chip de boom

uit de set Festivalof Trees (p.24) gestempeld om achter de 

opening te gebruiken.

On a piece of left over old olive scrappaper I stamped 

a tree from Festival of Trees (p. 24) with chocolate chip ink,

 to use behind the opening of the punched tree.

Je dacht toch niet dat ik de uitgeponste boom weg zou gooien. 

Die staat prachtig aan de binnenkant van de kaart.

De tekst is van de set Sassy Salutations p. 67.

You did not think I would throw away the punched out tree.

It looks great on the inside of the card.

Het is echt zo leuk om deze papieren strikken

te maken met je envelope punch board (p. 195).

Dus nog een kaartje gemaakt met kraft papier

en papier van het nieuwe kerst design papier blok

Trim the Tree, Je vindt het in de nieuwe winter

catalogus op p. 7 De tekststempel is van de set

Sassy Salutations p. 67 in de gewone catalogus.

Het rode knoopje komt uit mijn knopendoos.

It is so much fun making these paper bows

with the envelope punch board (p. 195)

so here another card with kraft paper and  the new

Christmas design paper stack Trim the Tree, that you find

in the new winter catalogue on p. 7

Nog een toepassing met de envelop punch board:

Ik heb het niet zelf bedacht, maar vond hiervan een

Je hebt hiervoor drie strips nodig effen of design papie:

1x 6 bij 1 inch

1x 4 bij 1 inch

en 1x 1/2 bij 1 inch

You need three strips of paper,plain or design:

1x 6"x 1"

      1x 4"x 1" and

   1x 1/2 "x 1"

Je kan de strik op een kaart gebruiken.

Maar je kan hem ook gebruiken op

de bovenkant van een doosje.

of a box for decoration.

Kerst kaart/ Card for Christmas

Met de sets Work of Art te vinden op p.165

van de catalogus en Sassy Salutation op p.67

kun je super snel een prachtige kerstkaart maken. Oja,

je hebt ook nog een rood en een groen inktkussen nodig.

With the set Work of Art,that you find on p. 165 of

the catalogue and Sassy Salutation on p. 67,you can 

make fast and beautiful Christmas cards. Oh and you

 need a red and a green inkpad.

Het is niet mijn egen idee, maar heb het gevonden op internet 

en je kan het filmpje HIER vinden.

Ik heb er wel een beetje mijn eigen versie van gemaakt.

In plaats van de glittersteentjes, heb ik rode ballen in

de boom gestempeld en rondom bruin gesponst om

de kaart iets meer een vintage look te geven. Ook heb ik

 de hoeken rond gemaakt.

I did make my own version of the card with the red 

dots in stead of the rhinestones and sponged around

the card to give t a more vintage look. Also I rounded

the outside corners of the card.

Petit Petals & Dots

Hier is nog een kaartje met de masker techniek.

Vandaag wat meer foto's gemaakt.

Here another card with the mask technique.

Today I made some more pictures of the technique.

Vandaag heb ik het dots masker gebruikt

voor de achtergrond technique.

Today I used the dots mask for the background

technique.

Nog even een herhaling van de techniek.

Je legt dus wit papier onder je masker en kleurt met 2 of 

3 verschillende kleuren inkt.

So this is what you do: 

white paper behind the mask and take 2 or

3 colors to sponge to your paper.

Dan neem je de bloemen van de Petite Petals set

en stampel daarme boven op het masker.Ik heb dezelfde kleuren

gebruikt als waar ik de achtergrond me heb gekleurd.

Next you take the Petite Petals flower

and stamp on top od the mask.

I used the same colors as the background.

Zoi ziet het er uit als je het masker weg haalt.

This is how it looks when you take of the mask.

Nu heb ik nog een bloemgenomen en hiermee in 

alle drie de kleuren gestempeld.

Now I stamped on it again with one

of the flowers in all three colors.

Op een apart papiertje nog bloemen gestempels en 

gekleurd met inkt van het stempelkussen.

Daarna de bloemen uitgeponstmet de bijpassende pons.

On a seperate piece of paper I stamped some

more flowers and colored them with inkt from

the inkpad. When finished I punched them out

with the coordinating punch.

De bloemen op een stukje lost lagoon blauw papier

gelegd en een sentiment van de set Sassy Salutations

gestempeld. De rand nog even met mossy meadow gesponst.

Op elke blauwe bloem een strass steentje geplakt.

On a strip of lost lagoon blue paper I arranged the flowers

and stamped a sentiment from Sassy Salutations.

Around the paper I sponged some mossy meadow.

On each blue flower there is a rhinestone jewel glued.
