uit de nieuwe catalogus van Stampin'Up! 2017-2018.

Yes, it is wonderful to stamp with my new stamps from

the new Stampin'Up! catalogue 2017-2018.

Deze week wil ik jullie laten zien wat een geweldig

leuke set de Colorful Seasons is. Nu met het mooie

weerkun je prachtig bijpassende kaarten maken.

This week I want to share with you cards made with

the Colorful Seasons set. With the lovely weather outside

you can make great matching cards.

Vandaag een eenvoudige elegante kaart met een achtergrond

van inkt en een sentiment gestempeld. Je noemt dat de 

watercolor smoosh technique. Je doet wat inkt van je inktkussen 

op een acryl sheet, spuit wat water erop en dep het op je kaart.

Today I made a simple, but elegant card with a inky background

and a lovely sentiment. For the background you just add ink

to an acrylic sheet and ad a few drops of water. Now dab this on 

your card. This is caled the Watercolor Smoosh technique.

Bij deze set hoort ook een set van thinlits, 

de Seasonal Layers. Deze heb ik gebruikt om de

stoelen uit te snijden die je op deze kaart zie.

Over deze set is er een video gemaakt die je

hieronder kan zien.

For this set there is also a set of thinlits called

Seasonal Layers. With this set I cut the lovely chairs

to go on this card. There is a lovely video made

about this set that you can see below.

met eenhoorn gemaakt.

De wens is van de set 

Colorful Seasons

en zegt helenmaal hoe ik mij

vandaag voel.

So for today I made this card with

a unicorn and the perfect sentiment.

The sentiment is from the set

Colorful Seasons and is a must have,

for it is alright for every Season.

De eenhoorn is gemaakt met de uit en de vossen pons.

Hieronder zie je hoe ik het heb gedaan.

De achtergrond is geembossed met de de

All My Stars folder en gouden inkt.

The unicorn is made with the owl punch

and the foxy friends punch. Below you see

how I did that. The background is made with the

All My Stars embossing folder and gold ink.

Ik hoop dat ik je op ideetjes heb gebracht.

Kleuren Uitdaging/ Color Challenge

Vandaag doe ik mee aan een kleuren uitdaging

op het blog Creative Challenge Club.

Today I play with the color challenge from the

Creative Challenge Club.

Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt voor

onze nieuwe buren met de set Wondrous Wreath

uit de nieuwe Winter Catalogus p. 9.

Je ziet dat deze krans niet alleen geschikt is voor

de kerst,maar ook voor andere seizoenen.

Op de achtergrond zie je de Hardwood stempel p. 175

met Soft Suede gestempeld op Marina Mist papier.

Het woordje "welcome" komt van de Celebrate

 Baby p. 74 set en de rhinestone jewels zijn gekleurd 

met een blendability marker. Ik vind het echt top hoe 

je de steentjes kunt aanpassen aan je papier.

I made this card for my new next door neighbor

with this wonderful set Wondrous Wreath from the

new Winter Catalogue on p. 9.

You can see this wreath is not only great for

Christmas ,but also for other seasons as well.

I used the Hardwood stamp (p. 175) on the background

and stamped it with Soft Suede ink on Marina

Mist paper.

The word 'welcome" is from the Celebrate

Baby set p. 74 and the rhinestones are colored

with a blendability marker matching the paper.

I just love that option of the markers.

Washi tape kaart/ Washi tape card

Wat is washi tape toch een leuk spul!

Vandaag heb ik er een achtergrondje mee gemaakt.

Gewoon de tape over de hele breedte plakken.

Je vindt de washi tape Watercolor Wonder op p. 190

I love my washi tape and today I used it for my card.

Just tape it down all the width of your card.

The washi tape is called Watercolor Wonder 

and you find it on p. 190.

Natuurlijk netjes de restjes naar de achterkant geplakt,

dat ziet er mooier uit dan te knippen. Daarna op een vel

whisper white geplakt, dat net ietsje groter is. Vervolgens

mijn kerstboom punch gebruikt om een boom uit te ponsen.

Of course I folded the left over bits towards the back. I like this

better then to cut the tape of. Then I took a piece of whisper

White, that was just a little larger and glued them togeter. 

With the tree punch, I punched out a tree.

Op een apart stukje old olive papier (dit is zo lekker om restjes

 te kunnen gebruiken!) heb ik met chocolate chip de boom

uit de set Festivalof Trees (p.24) gestempeld om achter de 

opening te gebruiken.

On a piece of left over old olive scrappaper I stamped 

a tree from Festival of Trees (p. 24) with chocolate chip ink,

 to use behind the opening of the punched tree.

Je dacht toch niet dat ik de uitgeponste boom weg zou gooien. 

Die staat prachtig aan de binnenkant van de kaart.

De tekst is van de set Sassy Salutations p. 67.

Strik / Bow & envelop punch board

Nog een toepassing met de envelop punch board:

het maken van een prachtige strik!

Ik heb het niet zelf bedacht, maar vond hiervan een

beschrijving online. Klik HIER.

I did not come up with it, I found a tutorial

online HERE.

Je hebt hiervoor drie strips nodig effen of design papie:

1x 6 bij 1 inch

1x 4 bij 1 inch

en 1x 1/2 bij 1 inch

You need three strips of paper,plain or design:

1x 6"x 1"

      1x 4"x 1" and

   1x 1/2 "x 1"

Je kan de strik op een kaart gebruiken.

You can use the bow on a card.

Maar je kan hem ook gebruiken op

de bovenkant van een doosje.

You can also use the bow on top

of a box for decoration.

Post-it note cadeautje/ Post-it note holder

Ik had ineens een idee voor deze kleuren challenge

bij het SU-per Challenge blog,

maar ben helaas te laat om het met een link te delen.

Toch laat ik het jullie zien,

want het is weer een idee om  je envelop punchboard

te kunnen gebruiken.

Nu ontdek ik dat de nieuwe challenge is:

"Alles mag", dus daar laat ik dan deze zien!

I suddenly had an idea for the Su-per Challenge blog,

but I am to late to add my project with a link.

I noticed the lates challenge saying:

everything allowed, so that is were I add my project.

Anyway I let you see what iIcame up with,

for it is another idea for using your envelop

punchboard.

Het is een leuke verpakking voor een post-it blokje.

Een aardig hostess cadeautje dacht ik zo.

Ik kwam er op nadat ik een filmpje HIER op YouTube had gezien.

It is a nice wrapping for a post-it note block.

I thought it would make a great hostess gift.

I found the idea on YouTube HERE.

Helaas heb ik niet van die mini blokjes,dus heb ik

 mijn eigen versie  gemaakt voor de normale grotere blokjes.

Unfortunately I do not have those mini blocks, soI came up

with my own version of a normal 3x5 inch block.

Het blokje is op dezelfde manier gemaakt als op de video,

alleen heb ik dus een groter pasis paier gebruikt,

namelijk een stuk van 14 x 19,5 cm en heb de vouwen

gemaakt bij  9,5 cm en 10,5 cm en er een halve

cm daarna afgesneden. De tabs heb ik ietsje groter gemaakt,

zodat de tekst er beter oppaste, ong. een cm.

The construction of the holder is the same

as on the video tutorial. Only I used a larger

piece of paper 5,5 x 7,5 inch and folded

the paper at 3,5 inch and 4 inch

and also cut of the 1/4 strip of paper.

I enlarged the tabs by 1/2 an inch to make more

room for the sentiment.

Work of Art & Workshop

Vandaag heb ik dan mijn eerste echte workshop gegeven als 

Stampin'Up! demonstratrice en het was echt heel gezellig.

In het eerste deel hebben we gestempeld. Een makkelijke

stempelworshop voor wie nog niet eerder gestempeld

heeft. Hiervoor heb ik de set Workof Art gebruikt p. 165.

Today I gave my very first Stampin'Up! workshop end

it was a very good experience. In the first part we made

some easy cards for those who had never stamped before.

I used the set Work of Art p.165.

Dit zijn de kaarte waarmee ik ben begonnen.

These are the cards were we started with.

Toen liet ik ze op internet alle voorbeelden zien

die je van deze set kon vinden en ja hoor,we gingen

allerlei variaties proberen!

Then I showed all the variations on internet

that you can do with this set and yes, the

started copying the ideas.

Zelf heb ik natuurlijk ook een poging gewaagd, want er is

met deze set zoveel leuks te doen. Dit is nog maar het begin.

I gave it a go myself too,for there are so many great

things you can do with this set. This is only the beginning.

Kerst kaart/ Card for Christmas

Met de sets Work of Art te vinden op p.165

van de catalogus en Sassy Salutation op p.67

kun je super snel een prachtige kerstkaart maken. Oja,

je hebt ook nog een rood en een groen inktkussen nodig.

With the set Work of Art,that you find on p. 165 of

the catalogue and Sassy Salutation on p. 67,you can 

make fast and beautiful Christmas cards. Oh and you

 need a red and a green inkpad.

Het is niet mijn egen idee, maar heb het gevonden op internet 

en je kan het filmpje HIER vinden.

Ik heb er wel een beetje mijn eigen versie van gemaakt.

In plaats van de glittersteentjes, heb ik rode ballen in

de boom gestempeld en rondom bruin gesponst om

de kaart iets meer een vintage look te geven. Ook heb ik

 de hoeken rond gemaakt.

I did make my own version of the card with the red 

dots in stead of the rhinestones and sponged around

the card to give t a more vintage look. Also I rounded

the outside corners of the card.
